  • Clark Tucker, President and Chief Executive Officer

    Clark Tucker founded Twin Oaks Computing, Inc in 2005 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. He has over 25 years of experience designing and developing software systems in a wide range of domains. His passion for software systems that work in the real-world drives the technology developed at Twin Oaks Computing.

    Before founding Twin Oaks Computing, Mr. Tucker was a Chief Architect for Lockheed Martin working various large-scale critical systems. Mr. Tucker earned a master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science in Computer Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

  • John Frank, Chief Financial Officer

    As the CFO, John Frank has responsibility for all Accounting and financial activities of the company. His responsibility is to assure the financial strength of the operations and position it for continued strong growth. Previously John has served as CFO and Secretary for small technologies companies. John is skilled in working with Executive Teams to develop financial and business plans, and then working to put those plans into effect. John has been involved in several acquisition activities, from both sides - the acquirer and the acquiree. Industry experience includes software, technology, and profressional services.

    John believes the economic strength of one’s community is driven by the individual businesses and organizations within it. He has been the Treasurer for the German American Chamber of Commerce – Colorado Chapter. The financial organizations to which he has belonged and been an active member include Financial Executives International, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of CPAs, as well as other community and financial organizations. Inclusive and empowered companies like Twin Oaks Computing demonstrate consistently higher performance.

    John was born in Loveland, Colorado and began his career in public accounting. He has served as CFO, Controller and Head of HR for small to mid-sized firms. He served in a variety of accounting/finance roles within several divisions of Hewlett-Packard (HP) before leaving HP to work with a spin-off of HP. He has worked for several years with the same core of senior executives in a variety of businesses and investments.

  • David C. Anderson, Vice President of Operations

    Dave Anderson oversees production and supply chain relationships, to assure that the company provides timely delivery and consistently meets requirements for product performance. Dave has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of enterprise formation and development. His Fortune 500 experience includes financial and operational controls, domestic and international merger and acquisition efforts, as well as facilities expansion, consolidation and relocation.

    Dave’s passion is manufacturing, which he believes is a critical wealth-creation element in our economic system. While acknowledging the challenges presented by outsourcing and offshore operations, Dave believes that careful nurturing and management of intellectual property can provide smaller domestic enterprise with competitive advantage. He believes that there are as many opportunities as ever to be rewarded for innovation, and he seeks to create macro- and micro-level results. He was a founding board member of The Coalition for a Prosperous America.

    Dave was born in Flint and grew up around the auto industry in Detroit, then spent fifteen years with PPG Industries, in a variety of domestic and international financial and operating roles that included Group Controller and General Manager. As a second career, he built an electronics assembly business over a ten year period, from one location with fourteen people to six locations with 800 people.

  • Nina Tucker, Vice President of Client Services

    Nina is the co-founder of Twin Oaks Computing, and has the current responsibility for creating and managing customer and partner relationships for Twin Oaks Computing. Her responsibility is to assure ongoing beneficial relationships with potential and existing customers and partners. This includes management and oversight of the University Program, Partner Program, and Training and Education Programs.

    Nina has a strong passion for both engineering and education.

    Nina was born in South Florida and grew up with local small business owners. She started her career with G.E. Aerospace (now Lockheed Martin) in Valley Forge, PA as an entry level software engineer. Over the next fifteen years, Nina worked on a number of programs developing and maintaining a variety of large and complex software systems, in a various technical roles, from system administrator, to senior software engineer, to software engineering manager. Nina co-founded Twin Oaks Computing in 2005, and has personally worked and held responsibility for all roles of the company during its growth since inception.
