Provides a generic XML Parser capability.
An implementation of this API is used by CoreDX DDS to parse XML documents. This API hides the details of the XML Parser technology, allowing the user to provide their own XML Parser as required. CoreDX DDS provides an implementation based on libxml2 as a default. There is also an implementation based on RapidXML available.
